Julian Pawlowski 566ccf4017 fix(scripts): anchor grep pattern to prevent false tag match 
grep -q "refs/tags/$TAG" matched substrings, so v0.27.0b0
would block release of v0.27.0. Changed to "refs/tags/${TAG}$"
to require exact end-of-line match.
