Add entity descriptions, long descriptions, and usage tips for the three new price_rank_* sensors and the updated volatility sensors with IQR attributes. Plain-language terms are used as primary labels (e.g. "typical price band", "price rank"); technical terms are included parenthetically for experts (e.g. "IQR", "percentile rank", "Tukey fences") in all five languages.
