Run `ruff format .` to reformat Python code blocks inside markdown files (AGENTS.md and docs/**/*.md). Ruff 0.16.0 formats embedded Python code blocks in .md files, and the CI `lint-check` step runs `ruff format . --check` which was failing on 109 files.
